When would it turn up?
Everything is made after you order, then shipped. Standard is $5.00; Express is $15.00. The cost for your address is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You sign in, or create an account, before you check out — every order and its status then stay in your account. Payment goes through PayPal, so card details never touch this site.
What if it arrives wrong?
Email hello@hqoutdoorco.com with your order number — our shipping & returns page has the details.
Why is nothing in stock?
Because none of it exists until you order it. Making to order means no warehouse full of sizes nobody picked, and nothing thrown away at the end of a season. The trade is a few days more before it ships, and we would rather say that here than after you have paid.
